Players learn about the world of Don’t Starve through how the characters interact with the world around them. The player must keep their character healthy, fed, and mentally stable while also dealing with hostile creatures, dangers, and surprises. The goal is to survive as long as possible. The game is a brutal, multiplayer survival game. With its own unique artwork, music and style the game has been well received by critics. Don’t Starve Together was playable on Steam before it made its way to PS4.

Some of the game’s single player content is modified to support multiplayer, such as the Boss mob’s Health the Dragonfly now has 27,500 health instead of 2,750 health to make it more challenging to multiple players. Players, both strangers and friends can play together, up to 6 players can join one world. Don't Starve Together made its debut on Steam's Early Access program on December 15, 2014. Developed and published by Indie studio Klei Entertainment. Should be fixed in the patch 1.11ĭon’t Starve Together is the latest update to Don’t Starve.

īut it is why we have walls in real life - to protect our self from what ever is outside.Īnd about hammering well in real life when an wall is pretty broken we just destroy it and rebuild it cause rebuilding something is much easy even if it takes a bit of work. Their is no real use for the walls in the game from only protecting you from beasts and sometimes from fire out side your base/camp. (Willow is very useful by the way in some point, lets say she can Burn the cursed chest's to avoid other players opening this chest ) Īnd most of the time you would have those resources and because this topic is posted on the DST i guess in the Together on public servers walls can to help against people that play as "Willow" near your camp/base and well start burning stuff down. Too i could add that you can upgrade your walls so they won't break, and about that its waste of resources i think it's not because later in the game it self you will find an cave (that means the you would have stone), an forest (wood, grass, sticks). Yes it possible but that is the problem their i guess if i understand right that it's easy to just replace an stone wall by hammering it down. It's always better to just hammer it down and replace it again.
